The Privacy Policy of TubeAnimals.com defines standards of protection of privacy regarding information collected and managed by HDM Internet Corporation, its Licensees, Successors to the Rights and Assignees (hereinafter collectively called “Tube Animals”), which has been gathered during interaction between the User and TubeAnimals.com.
2. The Privacy Policy of TubeAnimals.com refers solely and exclusively to the website of TubeAnimals.com and does not refer to information delivered by the User through telephone, fax, mail, personal service or offline, as well as through any other media.
3. On granting the access to TubeAnimals.com and the possibility to browse any of its content, the User admits that s/he has fully understood and expressed her/his consent to the provisions stipulated herein. Therefore, if you do not agree with these provisions, do not browse TubeAnimals.com.
4. Tube Animals shall reserve the right to change and modify the provisions hereof at any time without prior information about it. Therefore, the User should visit this link from time to time to check the current state.

§2. Types of collected data
1. Data required at registration:

a. E-mail address;
b. Login;
c. Password.

2. Data given consciously and voluntarily:

a. Data in the User’s Profile;
b. All materials, contents, comments, etc. sent to TubeAnimals.com.

3. Data collected automatically:

a. Cookies, on which all information about taken actions is stored, so that it is not necessary to re-enter it at another visit on TubeAnimals.com;
b. The User’s IP, so that we know e.g. where our users come from.

§3. Use of the data
1. The data submitted in the registration process allow us to identify the User and are used to maintain TubeAnimals.com. Moreover, they are used to make features and functionalities of TubeAnimals.com available. These data shall also be used to process the User’s flagging activity or communication with us.

§4. Guarantees
Tube Animals guarantee that they shall never handle the stored data to third persons. The only exception to the above rule is prosecution authorities in case when there is a suspicion of committing a crime by the User.

§5. Resignation of the User
The User may resign from TubeAnimals.com. In order to do this, the User shall send the message from her/his own profile to the User with a nickname “Resignation”; the message shall be entitled “Resignation”, and shall contain the following information: “Please delete my data from the TubeAnimals.com”.
Remember that deleting your data is equal with deleting all materials which you have sent to TubeAnimals.com (films, descriptions, comments, etc).
